The program will be conducted in Brahma Muhūrta every day from morning 4 to 5 AM IST for 7 days (Mar 11th to Mar 17) over Zoom.

Each day will focus on a unique topic and practice, such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness, chakra healing, gratitude, forgiveness, and mindful communication.

The class will be conducted in the Indian time zone. If you are outside India or unable to attend the class at the scheduled time, you can still register. We’ll send you a daily recording of the class to your registered email via Google Drive.
