What is the 21-day Online class?
The 21-day online live class is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and spirituality in your daily lives. By exploring a variety of meditation techniques and spiritual practices, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your connection to the world around them.
The class will be conducted in Brahma Muhurt every day from morning 4 to 5 AM IST for 21 days over Zoom.
Batch 6 dates: January 8th to January 28th, 2024
Throughout the program’s three distinct weeks, you will be guided through Foundations of Meditation, Spiritual Practices, and Integrating Mindfulness and Spirituality into Daily Life. Each day will focus on a unique topic and practice, such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness, chakra healing, gratitude, forgiveness, and mindful communication.
The class will be conducted in the Indian time zone. If you are outside India or unable to attend the class at the scheduled time, you can still register. We’ll send you a daily recording of the class to your registered email via Google Drive. Please note that these recordings will auto-delete after every 2 days.
In addition to guided meditations, you will engage in journaling exercises, reflection, and discussions, ensuring a well-rounded and immersive experience. The class will culminate in the development of a personalized mindfulness and spiritual practice plan, empowering you to continue your journey toward inner peace and harmony.
