Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Products you can return

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags, certificates and free gifts that came with them.
Damaged, defective or wrong items can always be returned or replaced at no cost. Please share an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Products you cannot return

Items that have been worn, used, washed, energised or altered after delivery, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
Personalised or made to order items, such as engraved products and custom photo frames.
Pooja consumables (such as kumkum, camphor, incense and oils) once opened.
Gift cards and items bought on final sale, when this is stated on the product page.

Natural variation in colour, grain or size of natural materials such as Karungali wood, rudraksha and crystals is not a defect.

How to request a return or exchange

Open the order in your account and choose Request return, or fill in the return or exchange form, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 84284 29998 with your order number.
We confirm within two working days and arrange a pickup where available, or share the return address.
Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we process your refund or send the exchange.

Refunds for products

Every refund is issued by our team by hand after the return is checked. Orders are refunded through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
If you send an item back yourself, please use a trackable courier; we refund reasonable return shipping for damaged or wrong items.

Exchanges

Size and colour exchanges are free, subject to stock. If the item you want is not available, we refund the order instead.

Order cancellations

You can cancel a product order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, please accept the delivery and request a return.
