By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy policy, shipping policy, refund policy, cancellation policy and disclaimer, which form part of these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one time code sent to your WhatsApp number or email. Keep your phone and email secure, as you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

3. Products

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as Karungali (ebony) wood, rudraksha, crystals and handmade items vary in colour, grain, size and weight, and screens show colours differently. Such natural variation is not a defect.
• Product benefits described on our website come from traditional and spiritual beliefs. Please read our disclaimer.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Every order is paid online when it is placed; we do not offer cash on delivery or pay later.
• If a product or service is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
• Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for your convenience; you are charged in Indian rupees unless the checkout says otherwise.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, has an undeliverable address, or that we cannot fulfil, with a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Consultations, courses, yatras and reports

• Consultations are held online or in person at the booked time. Please join on time; a session missed without notice cannot be refunded. Rescheduling and refunds follow our cancellation policy.
• Courses and live classes are for your personal use only. Access lasts for the period stated on the course page. You may not record, copy, share, resell or publish course videos, recordings or materials.
• Yatras are group pilgrimages. You agree to follow the itinerary, timings and instructions of the yatra team, and to be medically fit for the travel involved. Itineraries can change because of weather, temple rules, government orders or other events outside our control.
• Thithi Devathai reports are prepared from the birth details you give. Please check them carefully before you pay; if you notice a mistake, contact us and we will help you correct it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, teachings, videos, images, logos, course material and designs, belongs to Azhaikkiran Madhavan or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you share

Reviews, photos and messages you share must be honest, lawful and your own. You give us permission to show them on our website and social media. We may moderate or remove content that is false, offensive or breaks these terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or booking concerned.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, courier delays, government orders or network outages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order or booking applies to it.
