Every order is quality checked and packed by hand in Chennai, then handed to a trusted courier partner. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.
Where we deliver
We deliver to most pincodes across India. You can check delivery to your pincode on any product page. For delivery outside India, please contact us before ordering.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays) are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 2 pm, on Sundays or on holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festivals and sales, dispatch may take one or two extra days.

Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch. Remote areas, the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands may take longer. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Every order is paid online when it is placed. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Digital products and services
Courses, live classes, consultations and Thithi Devathai reports are delivered online. Access links, joining details and reports are sent to your email and WhatsApp; no shipping charge applies.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships we send you the tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order with your order number and phone or email, or from your account.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If the courier cannot deliver after attempts, the parcel returns to us; we will contact you to reship it (reshipping charges may apply) or refund the product value less shipping.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it, or record a video while opening it. Share the video or photos within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
